Its architecture springs from the Ibizan essence: white, solid, and simple volumes that converse with the payesa tradition while projecting toward a serene modernity. The limewashed walls capture the brightness of the sun and return it softened, while wood and stone anchor the building to the memory of the place.
On the ground floor, spaces flow naturally: a living area that opens to the horizon, a dining room that shares space with the kitchen, bedrooms conceived as intimate refuges where time seems to stand still. The entire interior spills outward, as if the house wished to dissolve into the landscape. Beneath it, a discreet basement conceals the technical functions, allowing everything above to remain pure and essential.
In front of the house, the pool becomes a mirror of the sky: a still plane of water reflecting the calm of its surroundings and inviting life outdoors. The adjacent pergola filters the light and casts the shade needed to inhabit the slow days of summer.
Every gesture of the project seeks silence and authenticity: from the orientation of the openings to the integration of sustainable water and energy systems. Thus, CASA CF does not merely rest on the land but blends with it, becoming part of a greater balance.
