Rehabilitation, Renovation and Interior Design Projects
At Meridià Estudio, the rehabilitation and renovation of homes is one of our most requested services, especially due to the unique architectural heritage in Ibiza and Formentera. Architectural 3D Visualisation
We create virtual environments for generating photorealistic renders and three-dimensional models that allow you to visualise the final result before building through virtual reality. Technical Documentation Processing
We handle all the technical and administrative management necessary for your project to comply with the current regulations in Ibiza, and we carry out urban studies for the accreditation of existing buildings with all the necessary documentation for their legality, avoiding future problems or extra costs.
From start to finish of the file, we accompany you at every step. We process energy certificates, legalisations, new build certificates, planning licences and all types of technical documentation.
