The CASA GA project is a single-family home / new-build development.
For this property, the client’s main requirement was the building’s aesthetic, which they wanted to be very much in keeping with traditional Ibizan houses.
With this as the starting point, a home with a strong traditional aesthetic was created, incorporating elements such as sloping walls, traditional stone finishes and the addition of rectangular volumes of varying heights.
