The layout was resolved by placing the daytime spaces on the ground floor—living room, dining area, and kitchen—with strong connections to the outdoor areas, while the upper floor accommodates the nighttime program, including bedrooms and dressing rooms.
As a sculptural and aesthetic feature, an open patio was created to visually expand the building and add presence and cohesion to the overall intervention.
